Shipping and returns

Which country do you ship to?
Our products can be shipped to you all over Israel.
How long will it take to receive my order ?
The approximate shipping duration is 1-3 days.
(For deliveries in Eilat, the shipping duration is approximatively one week.)
I have a problem with my order, can I return my product ?

How much do the delivering fees cost ?
The cost for the delivery is 30 NIS, and we offer free delivery on your order over 250 NIS.

Yes, our products are suitable for all hair type.
Can I use the products in combination with each other ?
Of course, our products are created to be effective on their own as well as in combination with each other, like hair routines. You can begin with our shampoo+mask set, continue with the hair oil and finally use our hair perfume to finish your look!
I’m pregnant, can I use your products ?
Of course, our products are suitable for pregnant women.
When do your Joli products expire ?
You can use our products for one year after opening.
Did your products receive the approbation of the Health ministry ?
Yes, our products received the approbation of the Mishad Ha’briout.
Are your products kosher ?
Yes our products are kosher, there are no “non-kosher” ingredients in their formulations.
Are your products tested on animals ?
Of course not, the animals are our friends, our products are 100% cruelty free, and not tested on animals!
